Job Description: Training program to develop skills and knowledge to conduct a variety of visual, electrical, mechanical, structural, hydraulic, functional and non-destructive tests on aerial devices.
This is a physically demanding position that requires extensive training in which you will train/work with our crew chiefs in different areas across the country along with studying the training materials & completing training worksheets.
You would be gone on training assignments planned between holidays that last 4-6 weeks at a time with 2-3 day breaks in between. The typical training period is 6 to 12 months.
After training/certification is complete the travel will be more regional- where you live and the customer base in your area will affect how much you travel. Travel could be several days to several weeks at a time on a regular basis up to gone 4 plus weeks at a time on a semi-regular basis.

Salary and Benefits: This position has an entry level training salary. During training employees are eligible for multiple merit-based increases.
